Essulokita Returns and Refund Policy

- All items marked as SALE are considered FINAL SALE. This means that no returns or exchanges will be accepted for these items.
- For all regularly priced items, we are pleased to offer store credit, or refunds, provided that the item is in its original and unused condition with all original tags intact. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. The return request must be made within 7 business days after delivery.
- All local orders placed before noon GMT will be processed within 12-24 hours. Therefore, an order can only be cancelled before receiving a dispatched/delivery confirmation.
- All international orders will be processed within 48 hours. Hence, an order can only be cancelled before receiving a processing confirmation.
- Pre-orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours or before receiving a processing notification confirmation.
- Please note that returns are not free unless the item is defective. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Should the item be defective, you will receive a full refund.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and any associated expenses.
- You will receive an email when we receive your items and when a refund has been issued.
- Please allow up to 10 business days from receiving your return to process your refund.
- WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES. PLEASE RETURN YOUR ITEM FOR A REFUND AND PLACE A NEW ORDER.
- Gift cards cannot be refunded and are not redeemable for cash. They remain valid for 120 days from the purchase date. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced or refunded.
