SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Processing Time.

For local orders, processing typically takes 12-24 hours, while international orders require 24-72 hours. These processing times are separate from the estimated delivery times provided at checkout. Some products may need an additional 1-2 business days. During sales events and periods of high order volume, processing time may extend to 5-7 days.

Shipping Rates, Customs and Duties Charges.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery location. Almost all international shipments (outside Ghana) are subject to duties and taxes imposed by the importing country’s government.

Pre-Order Items.

Items labeled ‘PRE-ORDER’ will start processing on the date specified in the product description, which varies per item.

To ensure a seamless delivery process, please note that orders containing pre-order items will be shipped in two separate shipments. Items available for immediate shipment will be sent first. To avoid potential delays or complications, we suggest placing two separate orders: one for in-stock items and one for pre-order items.

Dispatch Notification.

If you do not receive a dispatch or delivery notification within the specified processing time or dispatch date, please email us at orders@essulokita.com with your order number.

Item Not Delivered?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please wait an additional 2-3 days to account for possible courier service delays before contacting us. Once items are dispatched, it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure delivery. Refunds will not be issued for lost packages; however, we will resend items if a package cannot be traced.
